Hello, I’m Katie, I’m 45yrs old with nearly 8yrs experience in complex care, in a senior position. I have worked with a variety of conditions such as MND, brain injury and mental health issues. I have experience with medication administration, documentation and ordering, moving and handling, including hoisting, peg care, seizure support, personal care, etc. I am hardworking, dedicated and organised. I believe it is important to meet an individuals care needs with a person centred approach whilst ensuring they maintain as much independence as possible.
